Meditation is offered at Heart Journey through monthly Meditation Circles, specific yoga classes, beginner meditation series, as well as afternoon retreats.
Yoga and Meditation classes that include 15 min of meditation at the end of class; each class features at least one specific meditation technique:

Whether you're relatively new to meditation of have been doing it for years, this class is for those who want to go further in their meditation practice:
- Learn new techniques and various styles of meditation;
- Meditate with others and go deeper as you benefit from the group's energy;
- Ask questions and share your experiences.
There will be guided and unguided components during our time together, with an opportunity to deepen your practice through a longer meditation time than done in our regular weekly drop-in yoga classes.
Beginner Meditation Series:
Intro to Meditation, with Suniti
6-weeks, $96 + hst, dates will be posted.
Whether you’re new to meditation or need to refresh your practice, learn the foundational techniques that will help you establish a successful, engaging and fulfilling meditation practice. Every week, we will focus on a specific meditation technique or approach: theoretical concepts will be introduced and then practiced. Afternoon Meditation Retreat:
Mindfulnes Meditation Retreat, with Suniti
Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, 1:30-5:30pm, $45 + hst in advance, or $55 + hst at the door.
Deepen your meditation practice and take it to a whole new level as you learn more about mindfulness through insightful talks and the practice of various mindfulness meditation techniques. Please bring some food to snack on as we will also practice mindful eating. This will be a silent retreat except during the talks when questions will be permitted. Some experience with meditation is preferred as a prerequisite.
