If you need to cancel your RSVP, please do so by the RSVP deadline to avoid having a class taken out of your package or being charged for the class. In such events, a class recording will be sent to you.

Note 1: INFO ABOUT THE ON-DEMAND/OVERFLOW CLASSES: These types of classes will be offered as such until there is enough demand and interest to add them as regular classes on the “in person” schedule. An Overflow Class is one that is offered when an “in person” class on the regular schedule has reached its limit of 6 participants. When a class has reached its limit, a similar Overflow Class will be offered provided there are at least 2 participants for it. These types of classes will typically be scheduled within less than 24 hours. If you want to be contacted when one of these is scheduled, please send me a message here. An On Demand Class is one that can be offered upon request when the time slot is available; the class will take place if there are at least 2 participants. Please note that these On Demand classes need to be booked well in advance. If you would like to book such a class for your family and friends, or if you would like to be contacted when one of these classes is scheduled, please send me a message here. Please note that these "on demand" classes are not private classes, and other people from the studio may join such classes. If you are looking to book a private class for your own group, I currently have a special rate of $75 + hst (reg. price for a private group is $100 + hst)
Class Codes: Intensity is measured by the pace of the class, the length of the posture holds, and/or the posture variations offered. I Low Intensity II Medium Intensity I+,II: yoga experience preferred III High Intensity(for some video classes) Please note that many classes are assigned the code "I-II": this means that the class will be adapted to the level of intensity that is appropriate for the participants present that day.
In order to experience the benefits of yoga more fully, it is recommended that you practice yoga at least once per week. Please wear comfortable and stretchy clothing, and avoid perfumes/strong fragrances as many students are sensitive to them. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before class to allow for sign-in and preparation. You may have a light meal an hour before class. For a larger meal, please wait at least 2 hours before practicing yoga.
