FREE Monthly Meditation Circle
Every month, we will meditate using various techniques that focus on breath, mantra, contemplation and mindfulness, as well as other foundational techniques that foster a sound meditation practice.
The practice will be partially guided to help participants get comfortable with the technique(s), with plenty of time to practice on their own.
This is a great opportunity for beginners who wish to practice in a more formal way and for experienced meditators who wish to benefit from the group energies and go deeper.
This is a free monthly circle for all levels of experience. Feel free to bring friends and family (age 15 - adult).
