Jennifer Kleinberg
Hello! My name is Jennifer Kleinberg, and I am thrilled to be part of this wonderful yoga community. I recently completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, an incredible journey that not only deepened my practice but also taught me so much about myself. The experience was transformative, and I am eager to share the wisdom and joy I have found through yoga with others. My focus is teaching Hatha-style yoga, with an intention on creating energetic and dynamic flows. My classes are designed to invigorate and energize, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in the present moment. I believe in the power of connecting the mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to ensure that each student leaves my class feeling rejuvenated and positive. As I continue my yoga journey, I am passionate about expanding my knowledge and skills. I am particularly interested in exploring Yoga Nidra and meditation. These practices are powerful tools that can help deepen the mind-body connection, promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and inner peace. My teaching philosophy is centered on the belief that yoga is a holistic practice that nurtures the mind, body, and soul. I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore their practice at their own pace. My intention is for every student to walk away from class feeling a greater connection with their body and soul, and a sense of positivity that carries into their daily lives. |

It was about twenty five years ago, when I decided that I needed something in my life to help me get through the emotional ups and downs that come with being a new mom. I grew up dancing, and that wasn’t happening anymore, but my body naturally needed to move to keep my nervous system balanced and my body flexible. Little did I know, back then, how yoga could fill this void and so much more! After my first class, I was hooked! I tried out a variety of studios, yoga styles and loved them all in so many different ways. Fast forward to 2024, my parents are ninety, my kids have left the nest and I’m semi retired. The universe, and one of my very wise spiritual guides, told me to continue my yoga journey through teaching. I had always thought about doing my YTT, but my schedule was just too full. When I did my search for the “perfect” YTT program, one that would help me improve my asana practise, expand my spirituality and help BE my true self, Heart Journey Yoga Studio, with the incredible teacher, Daniele Hart (Suniti), was the answer! Upon completing my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, I have learned, more than ever the benefits of meditation, daily asana practice, reading from sanskrit texts, breathwork techniques and, my new love, chanting! When I am asked what is next for me, I have to say, “I’m waiting for the universe to tell me”. I really enjoy teaching Family and Childrens’ Yoga, (which I have done for several years), but I also see myself working with adults, like myself, who just want to do what makes us feel whole and wonderful, yoga. |

I am a dedicated lifelong learner and a passionate new yoga teacher. My yoga journey was transformed after the 200HR teacher training at Heart Journey Yoga under the nurturing guidance of Suniti / Daniele Hart, where I expanded my understanding of this ancient practice beyond expectations. As a yoga teacher, I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and loving space for my students. With a focus on Yoga Nidra and restorative yoga, I aim to guide students to find quiet in the mind and softness and release in the body. I believe in the transformative power of yoga and aim to share its benefits with others, helping them discover inner peace and wellness through practice. My mission is to inspire and empower others through yoga, fostering a community where individuals can explore and deepen their own yoga practice in a safe and supportive environment. |

Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation have been a significant part of my wellness practice for the past 15 years and completing my 200HR YTT has been a personally transformative experience. The program at Heart Journey Yoga & Wellness was enlightening and surpassed my expectations. Not only did I improve my asana practice, I also deepened my understanding of ancient yogic wisdom & teachings, and my spiritual beliefs. One of my favourite quotes from the required readings was from The Bhagavad Gita, “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” This resonated deeply with me as yoga has been a journey towards becoming my authentic self. I have not always felt comfortable voicing my truths or listening to what I felt in my body. My yoga training has helped me to trust my intuition, stand firmly in my truth, and use my voice to lead and inspire. Since graduating, I have enjoyed sharing my newfound knowledge with friends and family members. My approach to yoga combines elements of Hatha yoga, gentle flows, and restorative poses, with a focus on mindfulness, alignment, and self discovery. I aim to create an inclusive environment where students feel welcomed, seen, and valued. My intention is to guide student to listen to the intuition of their body, and to use meditation and breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and promote a sense of calm and ease. I am currently honouring where I am at, listening to my body, and opening myself up to new opportunities. I would be honoured to share your yoga journey with you, and I look forward to moving, breathing, and growing together. |
