Reiki Energy Healing with Donna Fegan
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy-based system of healing that promotes deep relaxation and well-being. It was discovered by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s during a meditation retreat on Mt. Kurama. It is typically administered by placing the hands on or above the body, and it is based on the idea that an unseen and wise life force energy flows through us, allowing us to be alive.
Reiki feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that surrounds and fills the receiver. It is like being wrapped in a warm and cozy comforter, while feeling truly loved and supported. Add to this a feeling of being truly relaxed and at peace. Reiki has been known to reduce stress/anxiety, reduce or eliminate pain, improve sleep, balance emotions, and enhance our connection to one’s self, among many other benefits.
For this mini-session, please let Donna know what you would like her to focus on. Then, lie down, relax, and enjoy!

Practitioner Bio: Donna Fegan
Donna is a Reiki Master, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Intuitive. She also works as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in the community. Donna was originally drawn to Reiki because of her own health issues. She was looking for a Holistic therapy to compliment our Western healthcare. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and after undergoing a Mastectomy, she chose to heal her body with Reiki. She later decided to continue her training and obtain her Master level, with the intention of bringing healing energy to others. Reiki has healed not only her physical body but also her emotional and spiritual bodies as well. Donna is passionate about using Reiki to help her clients heal and feel good about themselves.
Donna is also a Ceramic Artist, she is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD). She has worked with many different mediums, her favorite one is working three dimensionally in clay. She presently belongs to the Pine tree Potters guild in Aurora, creating both sculptural and functional works of art. Her creations can be seen at differ exhibitions in local galleries.

REFUND POLICY
For the Holistic Healing Fair: 72 hour cancellation policy for a full refund. If cancellation is done between 24 and 72 hours from the start of the event, a 25% administration fee will apply. If cancellation is done in 24 hours or less, there will be no refund. It will be up to each practitioner to offer a make up time, and there is no guarantee that this will be an option.
