Yoga for Weight Loss - Flex, Tone & Strengthen Key Body Areas
Do you need some support to get on track with your weight loss objective? This program is designed to support you in your weight loss efforts with targeted yogic practices for those key body areas that need some trimming and with other non-yogic practices that include Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and guided meditations to help you reach your weight loss goal. Please note that I will only offer basic common sense nutritional suggestions that may be conducive to weight loss because I am not a nutritionist. You will be responsible to follow your own diet as you see fit.
This special weight loss series will feature the following:
For those able to join me in person, we will clear any challenging emotions that interfere with our weight loss efforts, and we will program ourselves for success with EFT tapping. We will then practice some of the key moves from the weekly weight loss videos so that we can familiarize ourselves with them.
BONUS: These classes will be recorded as well, 5 more full class videos to support your weight loss!
EXTRA BONUS: All weight loss video links will remain available until end of June 2025!
The classes are offered in person at the studio. If the timing does not work for you, you may register using the “Virtual Only” option, and receive all the recordings, meditations, audios, and handouts. You can then do the videos at a time that is convenient for you.
Upon registering for this supportive weight loss program, you will receive a welcome package to help you prepare with optional activities, if you feel called to do them.

- Each week, you will receive 1 warm-up video and 6 (six) 20-25 minutes yogic routines focused on key body areas for weight loss such as the arms, legs/hips/buttocks, and core/waist, in two intensity levels: beginner and experienced. This will allow you to choose the routines that work best for you. By the end of the program, you will have 5 warm-up sequences and 30 body routines to work with;
- The series will include teachings on the five yogic koshas (the physical, energy/emotional, mental, wisdom, and bliss bodies) and how to include them in your weight loss efforts to address yourself as a whole being;
- Guided meditations with hypnotic suggestions AND yoga nidra meditations to help you stay on top of cravings, limiting beliefs, emotional eating, develop mindfulness, relieve stress, and achieve success;
- Suggestions for additional daily living activities to support you in your weight loss journey;
- Weekly recipe, affirmations and mantras;
- Additional weekly support to help you stay on track!
