I am here to support you in your well-being and life journey with the tools of yoga, mindfulness, and energy healing. I embrace the gentler side of yoga, and I love to combine various styles including hatha, flow, therapeutic, yin, restorative, amrit, kundalini, and yoga nidra. I encourage participants to follow their body's innate wisdom and to choose the posture variations that honour their body. Each day is a new experience as you welcome yourself on the mat, and find your way home to yourself. I look forward to sharing the gifts of yoga with you! Namaste |
Yoga as a journey home to yourself...Yoga classes are offered on a regular weekly schedule by RSVP and through special yoga class series which require pre-registration.

Therapeutic YogaTherapeutic Yoga is offered on a one-on-one basis and through pre-registered group yoga series. Workshops are also offered periodically on selected topics.

Wellness ServicesI offer a range of holistic wellness services that help reduce stress, and promote well-being. These offerings complement treatments received from licensed health practitioners.

Training ProgramsI provide training in various holistic healing systems as well as yoga teacher training at the 200-hour level.
