Welcome! I am here to support you in your well-being and life journey with the tools of yoga, mindfulness, and energy healing. I specialize in a gentler approach to yoga as I combine various styles that include hatha, flow, yin, restorative, nidra, amrit, and kundalini. I always encourage participants to follow their body's wisdom and to choose the posture variations that honour their body, each day is a new experience. I also specialize in therapeutic yoga for physical challenges, injuries, mental health, and emotional wellness. Please find the regular schedule here, and the class series page here.
Private yoga sessions are available for people returning to yoga or wanting to start with one-on-one classes, or for those looking for therapeutic support. Therapeutic Yoga is also available in a group format, please see below for more details about upcoming weekly class series.

This is a boutique yoga studio for people who want to:

The word yoga means "union". As such, this studio embraces the view that all aspects of ourselves can come together in greater harmony through yoga. Themes explored in class are often focused on mindfulness, mental health/personal growth, traditional yogic/Eastern teachings, and spiritual wisdom that can be applied in our life. We learn to live our yoga on and off the mat.
My ultimate goal is to assist you in creating a more fulfilling, empowering, and heart-centered life, one where it feels good to be alive in your body in this sometimes unsettling world we live in. The classes are typically smaller in size, and more personalized. I get to know you and you get to know me. Every one who comes through these doors is important to me, and becomes part of my yoga family. I can't wait to get to know you!
I, as a teacher, am a regular person just like you, with various aches and pain in my body and stresses; I am not a walking pretzel or contortionist, I am not a guru, and I do not have all the answers. The only difference may be that I have been practicing yoga since 2001, and I have a direct knowledge and experience of what a consistent yoga practice can do for you.
