Ontario has moved to Step 3 of re-opening, and the studio is now open for in-person yoga, wellness, and small events. I look forward to seeing you again in person on your mat, I have truly missed everyone! A great big thank you to those of you who have been attending the virtual classes and for sticking with me and your practice, I could not have made it through without you. This is a boutique yoga studio for people who want to:
Feel better in their body, mind, and heart, and who wish to:

The word yoga means "union". As such, this studio embraces the view that all aspects of ourselves can come together in greater harmony through yoga. Themes explored in class are often focused on mindfulness, mental health/personal growth, traditional yogic/Eastern teachings, and spiritual wisdom that can be applied in our life. We learn to live our yoga on and off the mat.
My ultimate goal is to assist you in creating a more fulfilling, empowering, and heart-centered life, one where it feels good to be alive in your body in this crazy world we live in! The classes are typically smaller in size, and more personalized. I get to know you and you get to know me. Every one who comes through these doors is important to me, and becomes part of my yoga family. I can't wait to get to know you!
I, as a teacher, am a regular person just like you, with various aches and pain in my body and stresses; I am not a walking pretzel or a contortionist. The only difference may be that I have been practicing yoga since 2001, and I have a direct knowledge and experience of what a consistent yoga practice can do for you.
