Welcome! Thank you for finding your way to this site. I am here to support you in your well-being and life journey with the tools of yoga, mindfulness, and energy healing. Yoga classes and series are currently offered in person and virtually and so are wellness and healing services. Enjoy yoga classes, workshops, and events in a smaller class size and clean environment where your personal needs and requirements matter!
Private yoga sessions are also available if you are in need of a more therapeutic type of yoga or wish to start with one-on-one classes. Therapeutic Yoga is also available in a group format, please see below for more details about upcoming weekly class series.

This is a boutique yoga studio for people who want to:
Feel better in their body, mind, and heart, and who wish to:
Reduce physical pain;
Gain more flexibility and strength;
Clear their mind and have more focus;
Relax and relieve tension;
Feel more balanced and resilient emotionally;
Develop a greater sense of connection with themselves.
The word yoga means "union". As such, this studio embraces the view that all aspects of ourselves can come together in greater harmony through yoga. Themes explored in class are often focused on mindfulness, mental health/personal growth, traditional yogic/Eastern teachings, and spiritual wisdom that can be applied in our life. We learn to live our yoga on and off the mat.
My ultimate goal is to assist you in creating a more fulfilling, empowering, and heart-centered life, one where it feels good to be alive in your body in this crazy world we live in! The classes are typically smaller in size, and more personalized. I get to know you and you get to know me. Every one who comes through these doors is important to me, and becomes part of my yoga family. I can't wait to get to know you!
I, as a teacher, am a regular person just like you, with various aches and pain in my body and stresses; I am not a walking pretzel or a contortionist. The only difference may be that I have been practicing yoga since 2001, and I have a direct knowledge and experience of what a consistent yoga practice can do for you.
