Refund Policies on Training Programs: 72 hours cancellation notice for a full refund. Cancellation within less than 72 hours of the training date is subject to a 25% administration fee. No refunds after the class date. If you missed the cancellation deadline, you will have the option of taking the class when it is available again if you let us know within 7 days following the missed class date.
