Plantar Fasciitis Workshop
Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel and foot pain, resulting from inflammation, irritation, or small tears in the plantar fascia. More recent research has shown that it is caused by a degeneration of the collagen fibers in the connective tissue at the bottom of the heel. For those who experience this condition, it can be a great source of discomfort and frustration as it may limit one’s level of activity and movement.
In this therapeutic yoga workshop, we will practice gentle exercises to stretch and soften the fascia under the feet. We will also explore other types of stretches and yogic tools for the feet, Achilles Tendon and calves using various props.
Each participant will receive a handout showing the main tools explored for home use, and will receive a link for the class video for 30 days.
If you cannot make it to class and would like to receive the recording or if you wish to receive a zoom link, simply register using the “virtual only” option.

Vibrational Sound Healing is more than a sound bath, it is a profound healing experience… Deeply relaxing soundscapes will be created through a variety of instruments, including quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drumming, gongs, and various percussion instruments. As participants move into states of profound rest and release, healing will be further enhanced by placing the instruments on/or around their body, creating tones and vibrations deeply soothing to the nervous system, and offering a massage for the soul. Energy will flow, chakras will be realigned, blockages will release gently, bringing balance back to the body, mind, and heart.

We will integrate with contemplative journaling, herbal tea, and snacks.

I consider myself to be a forever student, as I believe that “we” are always learning something new every day on our personal journey of life. I worked 34 years in a maximum security prison. To have balance in my life, I became a Hatha yoga instructor in 2013, then a restorative yoga instructor for the past 10 years. My most recent passion for the past 5 years has led me to the world of vibration or sound healing. I truly enjoy sharing these healing experiences, I look forward to being with you!

Kirtan is part of the tradition of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. It is a type of call-and-response chanting that comes from India’s ancient devotional practices.
As we chant, we open our heart, we let go, and we allow ourselves to be transported into a new state of being. Chanting gently brings us into a meditative state. Kirtan starts slow, builds up in pace, inviting us to sway and dance, then slows down again, each chant ends with silent integration. The mind becomes still, while our heart fills with love...
Kirtan is truly uplifting and transformational, it is a wonderful way to connect with our deeper self. It is a group musical expression of the divine spirit within. Chanting ancient mantras and prayers, we allow ourselves to tune into our whole being.

Anna Leeming started her musical career in her homeland of England singing in festivals and other venues, and moved to Canada in her 20s .She continued to perform in various bands. In 1997, she attended her first kirtan at a yoga retreat in the Bahamas. She was in awe and amazed by the way this beautiful chanting opened her heart to immeasurable joy and peace! Kirtan chanting spoke to her in such a way that she just knew, as she evolved musically, that this was how she wanted to share her vocal gifts with the world. Anna has been leading kirtans since 2010, sharing her meditational healing journey with others, bringing stillness and deep peace within.

- Receive Reiju, a general Reiki attunement, to align yourself with Reiki energy (for non-Reiki people, this will give you access to Reiki energy for the day);
- Get clear about what the Divine Blue Ray is about, what it can do for you, and how to work with it;
- Learn about who El Morya and Archangel Michael are, and how they can support you on your path to greater spiritual growth and healing;
- Connect with Archangel Michael in the manner that we do in Integrated Energy Therapy to receive his energy and guidance;
- Activate your 3rd eye with various exercises;
- Be lead into a unique channeled meditative journey to meet a Higher Aspect of yourself to receive healing and guidance;
- Be guided on a self-reiki practice (if you are not attuned to Reiki, you may enjoy this practice as a form of self-care and meditation);
- Journal about your experience, and share it with others if you wish to do so.

This is a gathering for Reiki practitioners of Level 1 and beyond who wish to gain experience doing Reiki on others, and also receive Reiki healing from other participants.
Reiki shares are a great opportunity to expand your Reiki skills and gain self-confidence in giving Reiki to others, they are also an economical way to receive healing from different practitioners.
Pre-Requisites: Reiki Level 1 or beyond
(if you have not taken Reiki training with me, you will be asked to bring a copy of your Reiki certificate)
