In order to experience the benefits of yoga more fully, it is recommended that you practice yoga at least once per week. Please wear comfortable and stretchy clothing, and avoid perfumes/strong fragrances as many students are sensitive to them. You may have a light meal an hour before class. For a larger meal, please wait at least 2 hours before practicing yoga.
