If you need to cancel your RSVP, please do so by the RSVP deadline to avoid having a class taken out of your package or being charged for the class. In such events, a class recording will be sent to you.
3) Please arrive at least 10 min before each "in-person" class to ensure you have enough time to settle in. The front door will be locked when the class starts. 4) Please prepay for your classes HERE to avoid any bottleneck and delays for yourself and other members. 5) All classes require a minimum of 2 participants and have a maximum of 7 to 8 participants as we are still keeping the mats a good distance apart from one another.

Please wear comfortable and stretchy clothing, and avoid perfumes/strong fragrances as many students are sensitive to them. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before class to allow for sign-in and preparation. You may have a light meal an hour before class. For a larger meal, please wait at least 2 hours before practicing yoga.
