Shamanic Circle, with Suniti

Shamanism is the most ancient spiritual practice known to humankind. As a method, it is a form of meditation combined with focused attention. One of the most common practices in shamanism is the shamanic journey which is a method of direct revelation and is the experiential centerpiece through which shamans make connect with archetypal energies and higher levels of consciousness to access empowerment, personal guidance, and healing.
Each month, participants will take journeys to the lower, middle or upper worlds for specific purposes. These may include journeys for self-healing/personal guidance, the healing of the planet, the exploration of specific issues and concepts, the creation of deeper connections with helping spirits, and the experiencing of different levels of consciousness.

In order to experience the benefits of yoga more fully, it is recommended that you practice yoga at least once per week.
We have mats, bolsters, straps, blocks, and blankets which you may use at no extra charge.
Pleases wear comfortable and stretchy clothing, and avoid perfumes/strong fragrances as many students are sensitive to them.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow for sign-in and preparation.
If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before class to fill out the required forms.
You may have a light meal an hour before class. For a larger meal, please wait at least 2 hours before practicing yoga.
