Class Codes: Intensity is measured by the pace of the class, the length of the posture holds, and/or the posture variations offered. I Low Intensity * II Medium Intensity * III High Intensity * Please note that many classes are assigned the code "I-II": this means that the class will be adapted to the level of intensity that is appropriate for the participants present that day.

In order to experience the benefits of yoga more fully, it is recommended that you practice yoga at least once per week. We have mats, bolsters, straps, blocks, and blankets which you may use at no extra charge. Pleases wear comfortable and stretchy clothing, and avoid perfumes/strong fragrances as many students are sensitive to them. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow for sign-in and preparation. You may have a light meal an hour before class. For a larger meal, please wait at least 2 hours before practicing yoga. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before class to fill out the required forms.
