I Low Intensity II Medium Intensity I+,II: yoga experience preferred III High Intensity(for some video classes) Please note that many classes are assigned the code "I-II": this means that the class will be adapted to the level of intensity that is appropriate for the participants present that day.
In order to experience the benefits of yoga more fully, it is recommended that you practice yoga at least once per week. Please wear comfortable and stretchy clothing, and avoid perfumes/strong fragrances as many students are sensitive to them. Please arrive 15-20 minutes before class to allow for sign-in and preparation. You may have a light meal an hour before class. For a larger meal, please wait at least 2 hours before practicing yoga.
