In this class, we explore these concepts on our mat in the way we show up in each pose: are we bulldozing our way through each asana or are we builders and fostering nourishment and constructive energies in each pose? This class features a variety of hip stretches and a gradual building of heat and intensity through a range of poses while remaining constructive with ourselves. We end with a relaxing and expansive savasana.
