Monthly Meditation Circle
Every time we come together, we meditate using various techniques that focus on breath, mantra, contemplation and mindfulness, as well as other foundational techniques that foster a sound meditation practice.
The practice will be partially guided to help participants get comfortable with the technique(s), with plenty of time to practice on their own.
This is a great opportunity for beginners who wish to practice in a more formal way and for experienced meditators who wish to benefit from the group energies and go deeper.
This is a circle for all levels of experience. Feel free to join with friends and family (age 15 - adult).

Time 7:30-8:30pm, both in-person and livestreamed!
Cost: $12 + hst = $13.56, or use your yoga class package to attend
