These last few years, I have had the privilege to train as a Mindfulness Teacher with Sean Fargo.
Sean was a Buddhist Monk for a few years until he felt called to dedicate his life to spreading the teachings of mindfulness. In 2014, he created Mindfulness Exercises with the aim of helping 100 million people live with more understanding, love and compassion for themselves and for others.
