Gentle Yoga for Recovery and for Beginners (5 weeks)
This class series is a mindful, slow-paced, supported, nurturing and relaxing yoga practice. Listen to your body and honour what you can do, allow the breath and the body to guide your practice. These classes will gradually help improve range of motion, promote flexibility, strengthen the muscles and enhance recovery from injury.
This series is perfect for beginners, people with mobility limitations, and those returning to a fitness activity after an injury. Thursdays, Feb 13-Mar 12, 2020 (5 weeks), 12:00-1:15pm
